A further extension of the theory of interacting matter-radiation cosmological models is presented. The neutrino contribution to the radiation field is explicitly included. A discussion and interpretation of the observables within the theory is given. Mean evolutionary corrections for galaxies are shown to be implied by these models. Finally, as an example we present a cosmological interpretation of quasars.
