We present new simple stellar population models based on the alpha-enhanced Y2 isochrones. In Particular, we compute the all 25 Lick spectral indexes using the updated response functions by Houdashelt et al. (2002). We compare our models with recent Keck observations of Milky Way and M31 globular clusters.
We acknowledge the financial support from NSF # 0307487.
