A 60 cm submillimeter telescope optimized for survey operations is described. The main task of this telescope is to survey the Galactic plane in CO (J = 2-1) emission with the same angular resolution as the CfA CO (J = 1-0) survey. Direct comparison of each set of data allows information on the large scale temperature structure of the Galaxy to be derived. Copies of the telescope planned for operation at higher frequencies, CI (490 GHz) or CO (J = 3-2) (345 GHz) are described.
