In a previous paper, the mechanisms and characteristics of the orbital resonance were discussed, taking into consideration only the primary perturbing terms for the averaged model of the restricted three-body problem. In this paper, certain previously neglected terms which influence the resonance are discussed, and the role played by resonance in the actual motion of minor bodies is clarified.
