Detailed photographic mappings are presented for 33 early-type E and S0 galaxies in the Virgo cluster which are brighter than 14 mag. The mappings are based on B-band CCD and large-field photographic material. Attention is given to the geometrical characteristics of the isophotes in order to establish whether a faint disk is present, and the contribution of the bulge in isolation is separated from the contribution of the entire galaxy. Comparisons are made with the results of previous studies.
