The processes of one-photon and two-photon pair annihilation and creation in the presence of intense magnetic fields associated with neutron stars are examined. Consideration is given to the establishment of the transformation law between the cross sections of two-photon annihilation and creation. The line profiles and angular distributions of the two-photon annihilation quanta in the center-of-momentum frame are given.
