We numerically investigate how globular clusters (GCs)can be formed in colliding two gas clouds in order to understand the formation processes of GCs in interacting and merging galaxies. We find that if the impact paramter of the merging clouds is as large as their cloud sizes a binary globular cluster can be formed. We discuss the dependences of GC structure and kinematics on the impact parameter relative velocity and mass of the two clouds.
