The formation and development of the magnetic field and the corresponding helicities in and above the photosphere in solar active regions have been presented by photospheric vector magnetograms Dopplergrams chromospheric and coronal features obtained at Huairou other solar observatories and solar satellites. The following discussions have been included:
1) Can we get more information on helicities from photospheric vector magnetograms and other observations?
2) What does the relationship between the evolution of photospheric vector magnetic field and the transfer of magnetic helicity in solar active regions?
3) Can we understand the possible helical magnetic field formed inside of the Sun as we follow a series of photospheric vector magnetograms in solar active regions?
4) Can we get more information on the storage of the helical magnetic field above the photosphere from the evolution of observational vector magnetic field in flare and CME producing regions?
