Measurements using astrophysical and terrestrial sources have provided excellent perspective on many neutrino properties particularly neutrino flavor change that is well described by oscillations. Observations by SuperKamiokande for muon neutrinos created in the atmosphere by cosmic rays show disappearance with distance traveled that is described very well by neutrino oscillation. Measurements by the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO) of solar electron neutrinos show the appearance of other active neutrino types also described very well by neutrino oscillation including matter enhancement in the Sun. The SNO observations provide an explanation for the Solar Neutrino Problem and can be combined with other solar neutrino measurements to define mass differences and mixing angles in the Large Mixing Angle (LMA) area. This set of oscillation parameters has been confirmed by recent measurements by Kamland with electron anti-neutrinos from reactors. A summary will be provided of neutrino properties determined from these and other measurements with astrophysical reactor radioactive and accelerator sources and a perspective on future experiments will be provided.
