Theoretical calculations show that one should expect subgiants and giants in the cooler part of the HR-Diagram to oscillate in a rich p-mode spectrum - like the one we find in the Sun and other solar-like stars. There have been a number of claimed detections of those oscillations, however, a number of challenges are making those stars somewhat difficult targets concerning unambiguous detection of "solar-like" oscillations. I will review the present status of asteroseismology of those stars and give examples of how one may progress further towards detection of a large number of oscillation frequencies in a large number of targets.
