The aim of this study is to improve the VLBI antenna thermal deformation model. Due to large VLBI-antennas dimensions changing line sizes ones can rich several millimeter what is several picoseconds in delay value. Account of this effect is more important for the biggest antennas and for a considerable temperature variations (daily and seasonal). The model of VLBI Antenna Thermal Deformation proposed in IERS Conventions (2003) (as in the Explanatory Supplement to the IERS Conventions (1996) Chapters 7) for VLBI telescopes with alt-azimuth or polar mount was generalized for all the other types of mounts of VLBI antennas. It was be done by introduce the term common for all types of mounts (it contains the part related to thermal expansion of antenna structure without axis offset (foundation, pillar, focus) and the term which related to thermal expansion of axis offset (it depends from the type of mounts). Applying this model in VLBI data analysis leads to decreasing of the amplitude of annual term in the baseline length variations.
