The present study was undertaken to summarize and to develop the previous investigations of direct and reverse transformation between ICRS and ITRS in accordance with IAU ( 2000 ) Resolutions. The general procedure of ICRS and ITRS connection is considered as two steps transformation between ICRS-GCRS and GCRS-ITRS. Taken into account IAU Resolution B1(2000), application of four dimension coordinate systems for the reduction of observations is developed with estimation of the corresponding relativistic contributions in the GCRS-ITRS transformation. Algorithms of direct and reverse relativistic four dimension transformation are investigated. The technique, as proposed numerical realization, for practical use at the both steps is demonstrated.
