The results of a study of the structural characteristics and elemental compositions of chondrules from the Saratov L3-4 and Okhansk H4 ordinary chondrites and the Kainsaz CO3 carbonaceous chondrite are reported. The sharp fractionation of the lithophile and siderophile elements in the chondrules and the independence of the degree of their iron depletion from the chemical group of ordinary chondrites indicate that these chondrules have formed from matter that has undergone a complete metal-silicate fractionation. The elemental composition of the chondrules from the two ordinary chondrites is significantly different from that of the carbonaceous chondrite chondrules.
