Radial velocity measurements and spectroscopic orbital elements are presented for 19 Leo Minoris (HD 86146), a single-spectrum binary for which a clearly visible secondary spectrum has been observed. Evidence indicates that the system consists of two main sequence stars of types F5 and G0. The period is found to be 9.28347 plus or minus 0.00009 days, the absolute visual magnitude of the system is +3.02, and the difference in visual magnitude between the two components is 0.94.
