We report the discovery with the IBIS/ISGRI telescope on board INTEGRAL of a previously unknown X-ray source IGR J17419-2802. The source was detected during deep Open Program observations of the Galactic center field carried out on September 29, 2005. The signal-to-noise ratio for this source at the mosaic image was S/N=8.4 in the 18-45 keV band, the average flux was 7.8+/-0.9 mCrab, the spectrum could be described by a power law with the photon index 3.2+/-0.5.
