The KAM-method is used to estimate the perturbation smallness at which
quasiperiodic solutions are possible. The magnitude of disturbance
forces in the solar system is shown to exceed the limit obtained by an
insignificantly small value, which makes it possible to consider planet
motions quasiperiodic.
