Ten quasars have been found around the companion to the bright spiral galaxy, NGC 2639. These quasars concentrate around the companion galaxy, relative to the distribution of quasars over the remainder of the completely investigated area of about 1.3 deg x 1.0 deg. Redshifts of the quasars tend to occur in pairs, and the pairs tend to be aligned across the companion galaxy. The redshifts of the quasars range from z = 0.30 to 2.12. The redshift of the companion galaxy is z = 0.0056.
