UBV lightcurves - as yet unsolved - of the B spectral type eclipsing binary OX Cas (Frazier and Hall, 1975) have been analyzed by means of Wood's (1972) model. OX Cas turned to be composed of two detached components having very nearly equal temperatures, but appreciably different sizes and luminosities. The hotter star is larger and brighter than its cooler companion.
