The reported investigation of the cluster is based on a study of photographs which had been obtained with the aid of the 1-m Schmidt telescope of the European Southern Observatory in Chile. Exposure times of 20 seconds, 1, 3, 10, and 30 minutes had been used in taking the photographs of the cluster. The study involved an evaluation of enlarged copies of the photographic plates with the aid of the strip method. The cumulative luminosity function values obtained are shown in a graph together with data reported by Engver (1966). The masses of the cluster calculated on the basis of the two luminosity functions correspond to 1453 and 1483 solar masses. Attention is also given to cluster data concerning the radius, the central linear star and mass density, the characteristics length, the star and mass density in the center, and the mean velocity of the stars.
