The question of reducing time, geographic latitude, and geographic longitude to a single system of polar coordinates is investigated. Exact and approximate formulas are derived for the influence of polar motion on latitude and time. Zero points of universal time are examined together with calculations of longitudes in a system of free moments. Observed differences in longitude are reduced to the initial position of the pole.
