This volume contains abstracts that have been accepted for presentation at the First International Conference on Mars Polar Science and Exploration. Papers delivered concerned findings from studies on the Mars Polar areas. Specifically findings about the geology, the prospect of finding water, and the possibility of extraterrestrial life forms in the polar areas of Mars were discussed. Some of the studies use data from satellites and Martian landers, and others used Earth analogs.
