We present measurements of images taken in several filters of regions of M31 and NGC 6822 with the WFPC2 of the Hubble Space Telescope. The data are analysed with DAOphot and compared with stellar evolution models. The results indicate the ages and reddening of the stellar populations and allows intercomparison of the two populations. We also compare these with our previous work on M33, including its nuclear region.
