Quasars: Individual: Rx J105225.9+571905, X-Rays: Galaxies
Scientific paper
We present observations of RX J105225.9+571905, a z = 4.45 quasar
discovered during a very deep ROSAT survey of the Lockman Hole. In
addition to being the most distant known X-ray-selected quasar, RX
J105225.9+571905 is among the least optically luminous quasars found to
date at redshifts above 4.
