The proper motions of 512 stars reduced to the system of FK5 were used for the determination of the velocity components X, Y, Z or the solar motion, Oort's constants A, B, and corrections Delta-n, Delta-k to Newcomb's precession values. It was found that the transition from FK4 to FK5 gives negligible and unsignificant changes to all the determined quantities.
