New spectroscopic observations of three Wolf-Rayet stars HD 16523 (WC5), HD 17638 (WC6) and HD 192103 (WC8) with oxygen lines (O VI λλ3811, 3834) are obtained. It is shown that the intensity of the emission doublet O VI reaches its maximum in the WC4, WC5 subtype and is decreasing in the WC6 - 8 subtype. The spectral classification of HD 16523 and HD 17638 is uncertain; they could be classified as a new subtype WO5. The WR-O VI stars have presumably common properties with the single-line WR stars with probable relativistic companions: the presence of ring nebulae and high altitude over the galactic plane.
