Rotational velocities are presented for 21 galaxies in four large spiral-rich clusters: Cancer, Hercules, Peg I, and DC 1842-63. Although the global properties (luminosity, radius, maximum rotation velocity, and mass) of the cluster sample are similar to those of the field spirals, differences are found. The larger, brighter, more massive spirals which are rare in the field are absent in the cluster spirals studied here. Most galaxies of normal morphology have rotation curves of normal form; most galaxies of peculiar morphology have peculiar rotation curves, but counterexamples exist. The most common peculiarities are falling rotation curves. For all (nine) Sa and Sb galaxies, the amplitudes of the rotation curves are lower than those of their field counterparts.
