Spectral scans of Nova Cygni 1975 obtained with a Seya-Namioka spectrometer system at the Cassegrain foci of a 48-cm and a 125-cm reflector are used to follow spectral-line variations in the region from 3100 to 7800 A for the period between August 29 and November 5, 1975. An atlas of nova spectral lines is presented, and the shell expansion velocity at an early stage in the nova's development is estimated along with the electron density at a later stage. The absolute monochromatic fluxes in the H-alpha and H-beta lines are determined.
