Spectroscopic observations were made of 78 early stars in the southern hemisphere of the Galaxy. Equivalent widths were measured for all interstellar lines and diffuse features. The interstellar D 1 and D 2 lines of sodium and the H and K lines of the positive calcium ion were studied in the spectrum of HD 154368. Diffuse features are listed for the spectra of 20 reddened OB stars, and the abundance of OH in the interstellar gas is considered.
