Scientific paper

Observations obtained with the image-dissector scanner at the
Anglo-Australian telescope for 21 objects identified with radio sources
in the Molonglo catalogues (MC2, MC3 and MC5) are reported. Redshifts
were obtained for 13 objects, six have lineless blue continua and five
were found to be galactic stars.
