Numerous photometric measurements of Nova Cygni 1975 performed at the University of Pennsylvania observatory are summarized. It is shown that, as far as is known, the evolution of the light curve indicating variability with a period of 0.14 day exhibits some correlation with the evolution of the nova spectrum. Several times of maximum and minimum light are presented, and variation of the 0.14-day periodicity is discussed. The data suggest that the period may have begun to shorten significantly at the time when very-short-term activity was manifested in the light curve. However, no cause-and-effect relationship is established between these phenomena.
