This paper discusses the compilation of a catalog of right ascensions for time service based on the synthesis of time-determination data obtained by five astronomical observatories in China. This catalog tabulates the right ascensions (1975.0) of 1156 stars within certain magnitude and declination ranges. The epoch and number of observations are given, and the system errors are discussed.
