The problem of the excess of noble gases of nonradioactive origin in the atmosphere of Venus compared with the amount of these gases in the earth's atmosphere is examined. An analysis of the isotopic ratios of neon and the ratios Kr/Ar and Ar/Ne shows that mechanisms of enrichment based on the effect of the solar wind or the accretion from nebula are not satisfactory. A model of enrichment based on the adsorption of noble gases on grains at low temperatures is developed.
