The authors present calculations of radio source contributions to anisotropies in the microwave background on angular scales 1arcmin ⪉ θ0 ⪉ 10°. The uncertainties are small for λ ≥ 6 cm and θ0 ⪆ 10arcmin, where the fluctuation level follows directly from the available counts, and probably do not exceed a factor of 2 over this whole range of angular scales for λ ≥ 2 cm. The authors find that for λ ⪆ 3 cm and 5arcmin ⪉ θ0 ⪉ 2° radio sources yield ΔT/T ⪆ 10-4 and therefore seriously limit the detectability of truly primordial anisotropies.
