As we have attempted to digest the broad range of material that has been presented at this workshop over the past couple of days, one common theme has shown through more brightly than any other: This first decade of the new millennium is certain to be a tremendously exciting period of discovery for the fields of gravitational physics and astrophysics. Indeed, it appears destined to be the decade in which these two fields finally blend into one. This workshop has been very timely, therefore, as we have gathered together at the beginning of the decade to assess where we stand in terms of the development of experimental and theoretical tools that will be drawn upon to carry us along this path of discovery. From our point of view, the future looks bright! .
