The flux of gamma-ray onto a space detector from the annihilation of neutral, supersymmetric particles such as the photino or the higgsino and from a heavy Dirac or Majorana neutrino is studied. The flux is compared to estimates of the gamma-ray background in the range 1-100 GeV. It is concluded that the observation of these gamma-ray lines will be very difficult in almost all cases of interest, even with the next generation of gamma-ray observatories.
