The paper discusses chemical evolution in globular clusters, and its relation to chemical evolution in galaxies. Attention is given to the He problem; an He content of about 0.23 is suggested for Oosterhoff I and II type clusters. Also considered are the injection of metals in the protocluster cloud, and the role of s-elements in testing the pre-globular cluster evolution, and the importance of massive stars in contributing to s-elements.
