Sporadic narrow-band radioemission of PSR 0809 and PSR 1133 has been detected. It is similar to that observed earlier for PSR 0950, 0329, 0834, 1919. It is shown that for PSR 0950 such emission continuously accompanies intense emission. It is concluded that the nonstationarity and nonsmoothness of the radio spectrum is a characteristic property of pulsars. This effect can be explained on the basis of Smith's hypothesis about the coherent emission of condensations of electrons at gyrofrequencies in a magnetic field.
