A search for faint OB stars covering an area of 57 sq deg in the Circinus and Norma regions resulted in the discovery of 164 OB stars and two early-type supergiants; the blue magnitude range of the survey is about 12.0 ≤ B ≤ 15.0 mag. Only 8% of the stars found had been previously recognized as OB stars; about 17% of them show hydrogen line emission.
