Observational data on the 147 currently known pulsars are presented. The data include their positions, periods, pulse widths at half-maximum, dispersion measures, period changes, and apparent ages. Plots are provided showing the distributions of pulsar periods and percentage duty cycles, the observed dispersion measures vs. galactic latitude, the distribution of the pulsars in galactic coordinates, and the apparent ages vs. period. The pulsar dispersion measures are analyzed to investigate the distribution of pulsar and interstellar electron densities perpendicular to the galactic plane, and the distances of 25 pulsars are derived. It is concluded that the electron density in the diffuse interstellar medium throughout most of the space within 1 kpc of the sun ranges from 0.01 to 0.1 per cu cm, except in unusually dense clouds.
