During the period from October 2, 1975, to January 7, 1976, several spectra of Nova Cyg 1975 were recorded principally in the nebular stage. From the H-delta profile obtained with a dispersion of 20 A/mm, it is deduced that the envelope probably consists of two polar caps and two equatorial rings. The coronal lines identified include forbidden Fe X at 6374 A, forbidden Fe Xi at 7892 A, (probably) forbidden Ni XV at 8024 A, and also forbidden S VIII at 9911 A, which had been found in the spectrum of a solar eclipse in 1965.
