Cosmological Models: Time Scales

For an isotropic cosmological model with conformally invariant scalar field a class of gauge conditions is obtained which lead to Hamilton's dynamics with time-independent Hamiltonian, where this Hamiltonian coincides with the Hamiltonian of harmonic oscillator. Furthermore, quantum dynamics of the model is considered, and the presence of a non-removable singularity in its quantum version is shown.
