Exact solutions are obtained for the vacuum field equations of Arcidiacono's (1986) General Projective Relativity (GPR) for the nonstatic Einstein-Rosen metric. Consideration is given to the vacuum field of GPR in a nonstatic cylindrically-symmetric space-time. Solutions for the case of GPR with n = 0 are obtained and used to get solutions of GPR with n not equal to 0. Specific emphasis is given to the singular behavior of the Riemann curvature invariant R and Kretschmann curvature invariant S.
