Turbulent spherical accretion onto a black hole was considered. Relative velocities between magnetized blobs produce an electric field for which the runaway condition is satisfied and particles can be accelerated. About one tenth of the total power of the accreting hole is radiated by relativistic electrons at energies around 1 to 10 MeV by the synchrotron mechanism and at energies of about 10 GeV by the Compton process.
