A systematic complete mapping of the northern Galactic plane at 408 MHz is being carried out with the synthesis telescope at the Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory, along with incomplete mapping at 1420 MHz in the continuum and the 21-cm line of atomic hydrogen. In this paper, the results for the second field to be analyzed, centered at l = 105 deg, b = 2 deg are persented. At 408 MHZ, 213 compact sources have been detected, complete to about 250 mJy, and 92 compact sources have been cataloged at 1420 MHz, complete within the field-of-view to about 30 mJy. differential source counts at 408 MHz indicate the presence of an appreciable population of compact Galactic sources in the flux-de4nsity range of 200 mJy-1 Jy. Spectral indices for many of the compact sources have been derived. Several extended sources of emission have been detected and one of these appears to be a newly identified supernova remnant. Another may also be a supernova remnant of an H II 'bubble.' Several of the compact sources have spectral indices indicating interesting properties: two are possible young supernova remnants, several have flat spectra indicating possible compact H II regions, while one has an exceedingly steep nonthermal spectrum.
