New high-resolution spectroscopic observation of RS CVn-type binary UX Ari made in Feb. 2000 is analyzed by means of Doppler imaging technique. The well-known code DoTS is applied to the FeI6430.844 and CaI6439.075 lines and a surface map of the K0IV component of the binary system is derived. The result has demonstrated that the main features of the map are two high-latitude (about 70 degree) spot active regions separated about 120 degree. In addition a middle-latitude weak spot and an equator belt weak spot are also appeared in the map. Such a spot structure pattern is related to the feature of the chromospheric activity of UX Ari in Feb. 2000.
