A general method for the solution of force free magnetic fields in cylindrical coordinates is presented and a solution is formulated as a combination of trigonometric and Bessel functions. The numerical exploration has revealed the existence of trapped and untrapped orbits in the sense that they remain (or not) inside a specific part of space volume. Most interestingly orbits have been identified that wind on toroidal surfaces perpendicular to the z-axis.
