A detailed analysis of the seventh-magnitude double-lined eclipsing binary system V760Sco is presented based on new radial velocity curves and uvby light curves, as well as additional eclipse timings. From a total of 19 photoelectrically determined times of mininum, a period of 40 + or - 3 yr is determined for the apsidal motion first discovered by Van Houten. The spectroscopic and photometric elements are used to obtain mean values of 4.8 and 2.8 solar masses for the masses of the components to an accuracy of about 2 percent; the mass ratio M(B)/M(A) is 0.93. The density concentration coefficient derived in the apsidal motion analysis is -2.20 + or - 0.05. Comparison with stellar structure models locates the components in the lower part of the main-sequence band.
