Recently proposed changes in thermonuclear reaction rates are taken into account in the present computations of n-capture nucleosynthesis in massive stars that is induced by the occurrence of the Ne-22(alpha, n) Mg-25 reaction during He burning. Adopting Arnett's (1972) evolutionary models for He-core masses in the 4-32 M(alpha) range, neutron captures are followed through a 246-element network, including the major branching points of the s-chain. The suggested increase in the rate of some alpha-capture reactions is found to have a moderate effect on neutron captures, due to damping by light neutron poisons.
