The discovery of two magnetic DA white dwarfs from the program to search for optical counterparts of X-ray sources in the HEAO 1 survey is reported. The optical spectra of the stars are modeled, and can successfully be interpreted in terms of Zeeman absorption patterns arising from stars threaded by dipolar magnetic fields. The polar field strengths of the two objects are approximately 6 and 10 MG, placing them in the low-field class of magnetic DA stars.
