We derived preliminary abundances for the variable star V346 Ori, based on a middle-resolution spectrum recorded at the Special Astrophysical Observatory with the LYNX spectrograph. The line list covers the range 430-780 nm. We identified more than 500 spectral lines of 35 chemical species. The general deficiency of light elements with few exceptions is found, at the same time the excess of Fe reaches 0.9 dex. The trend of chemical anomalies with increasing of Z typical for Am-stars is discovered. The width of the majority of unblended lines is consistent with the rotational velocity of v sin {i}= 33 km/s. Some emission lines are identified.
